Heirloom Tomato Pie

Pie Chest pie crust, a delicious bottom of caramelized onions, Duke’s Mayo, fresh mozzarella and parmesan, local herbs, topped with layer after layer of local heirloom tomatoes, garnished with more herbs and panko.
